Bookings & deposits
Appointments can be requested online, by phone or via social media. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking; where taken, the deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel.
- We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice to move your appointment and retain your deposit.
- Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may result in the loss of your deposit.
Suitability & consultations
All treatments are subject to a consultation and a suitability assessment. We may decline or postpone a treatment where it is not in your best interest, and we will always explain why. Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and certain medical conditions may affect eligibility.
Age
You must be 18 or over to receive treatment. Proof of age may be requested.
Payment & pricing
Prices shown on this website are a guide and may vary following your consultation. The price for your treatment will be confirmed before we begin. Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise.
Results & aftercare
Aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks and individual results vary; no specific outcome is guaranteed. We will provide aftercare guidance, which you agree to follow. Please contact us promptly if you have any concerns following a treatment.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided to us or from failure to follow aftercare advice.
